Working atmosphere is very poor and no time for family and no leave in week end… too much mentally harassment. Poor planning for inspector. No Health insurance as it was travel job.

Overall a great platform to me for learn and i wis to rejoin again in future, But in Management non technical persons promoted as leader, and due to experience less they can’t handle team properly. And they work as he want, they doesn’t care about company culture, company values, they create revenue from inspector’s allowance, the 1-2 person never feel field inspector’s situations.
