Too much politics and hectic process. In QA department many Software QA come and go. Nobody is staying here for a long. Team leaders and seniors like Chintan Suthar, Hirendra Rajawat and Jignesh Parmar is good at playing politics and very harsh attitude towards employees. Nothing to be liked about this company, no job security, the management is busy filling their own pockets. No transport, No basic hygiene, no growth prospects, no Promotions, every single employee other than mgt is searching for a job including the HR and recruiters. Terrible company to work.

It's a long list 1. Worst planning for auditors. Auditors are treated like slave or sometimes worst than slave. You never know where you gonna landup in next 24 hours. They can plan your audit anywhere in India and without giving any travel day, which means you may reach home at 2am and then immediately have to get ready for another flight and start from home again at 4am. And no body listening to these issues, no matter how much you raise concern verbally or by mail. 2. Leave - just forget about leaves if you are working in TUV sud. They even force you to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Even if you apply leaves then you should apply at least 6months before and also you must keep reminding your manager and planning team about the same. And they sanction the leave if they are in good mood otherwise just deal your stuff by yourself. 3. Work life balance - There is no personal life in TUV. You have to work 24*7. Because 6 days in a week are audit days and rest one day you have to continue preparing the files and audit reports. Sometimes even you are so overload that you have to ask your family members to support for preparing reports (if they are capable). Also you should make your mind that you must have your own study room cause this is permanent till you work with TUV. You can't even attend any your family functions or events, let alone attending your kids PTA meetings. 4. Appraisal - Increments are poor. Maximum increament is 7% and if you perform satisfactory then you may not get increment. So you must perform excellent in eyes of management to get maximum increament of 7%. My all reviews are real and genuine and is for TUV gurgaon udyog vihar branch working as a Auditor. Also I recommend not to join TUV gurgaon as Auditor until unless you're unemployed. Or at least talk to few employees those who are already Auditor in TUV gurgaon.
