The company provides some level of freedom in how you should approach your work. Minimum micro-management. Helpful colleagues. Vast knowledge base is open to all if you are willing to learn. Learning is great! No restrictions in terms of whom you can approach. Hyderabad office in Hitech city is a good facility. Some leads and managers are really helpful and free-going in nature.

Dislikes

"Pleasing the boss" is going too overboard. Too much work for the available engineers; seems like the company accepts more work than it can handle. The work culture is shifting towards bad, in the sense that if you need a promotion and salary hike, you need to show an offer from another company! Laid back attitute of the concerned officials when it comes to giving promotion to deserving engineers. Confusing and ever changing policy and org structure. Seems like instead of retaining exisitng talent, company believes in letting them go and hiring fresh candidates....Read More

Senseless politics, dictatorship in Hyd tech Center, One person has gone berserk, for last 3-4 years he is only changing the org structure, which he never gets right even after so many changes. He promoted himself from CMD india to VP global and yet he is not able to get it right. He neither gets it right sitting here nor sitting inthe US. No work life balance. You will end up working 12-13 hrs/day most of the time and also on weekends to complete the task assigned. You will be handed a task with a very tight deadline because of which you end up working overtime and on weekends. Also it is expected that you complete the task within 2 days (sometime even 3 hrs) and quality should not be compromised. They prefer to give good work only for GET and not who came as lateral entry. Promotion and salary is not good. Work life balance is very good. Team is full of young engineers.

Dislikes

Not getting proper design work, only report work is there as I am joined as a lateral entry. Good work preference is given to mainly GETs.
