Shift starts from 1pm to 9.30 pm. You can learn new good things. Work life balance is ok.

Dislikes

Increment cycle is only once per year. So if there are 10 employees in a team only 1 or 2 will get promotion, others have to wait for another year. This is very frustrating as when you are on the peak of your work you'll not get promoted no matter how good skills you have. Employees get demotivated and their performance reduces day by day. Technip seriously needs to work on this.
