The civil department is one where no outsider is recognised based on his/her skill. There is a puppet batch who lead the department from behind the screen. They suck your blood as u will be the only u feel a bit knowledgeable after u join here, as all the experienced people here are busy in their own politics. Most of the leads are good for nothing except for saving their own skin. U will soon realise there is no career growth scope once u join here.
