1. Gkn holds very less project. 2. Job security is not at all there. They just ask you to leave in a month notice. 3. 30% people were layed off recently. 4. It's like a freelancing to work in GKN. They hold you with good package and work from home till project goes to sop. After that they will lay you off. 5. They don't even give you a proper notice.

Poor management Management team has no skills even freshers are better German counterparts are very rude and think as if we are salves to them No strategies for any kind of work They expect to work everyday till late night and weekend works Every project is on fire due to poor management It’s endless! Never join GKN else you will be locked!

I have worked in Gkn 11.5 Yrs ,from Operator to Executive.But Due to Toxic inveronment in plant I was targeted, due to state wise politics in Gujarat with otherstates employees. They spoiled my Upgrowing carrier.
