Please don't join even if you don't have any other opportunities because hr recruit you based on his pressure to fill the position and you will be expected to work and deliver the products even with out proper development setup. Once you fulfill the requirements, you will be give an option to leave the organization with an immediateeffect of one month. If you don't resign you just can't imagine the things that they do to you. Thing is management is from a non technical background, Don't even know any thing about the technology.
