Big Mistake, Family Bussines with Low Bussines Culture. Grandfather, Father, Son and all other family members you have to deal with in unprofessional environment

Dislikes

Any Benefits, even no health insurance drom top to down. Even there is no HR in company, one person dealing with visa follow up, handling same time HR
