They are master's at acting they didn't even tell me that I am bad at my performance they were acting like I am doing best and without even any notice they told me that Because of lower performance we are exiting you from the organization and they said "Nothing personal" it's all personal. Mainly I am not angry that they fired me but they didn't even let me know they were acting better than star kids no feedback no response from account manager side Please look for yourself and they have taken 1 year bond sign from my side and one without any notice they can fire me literally I really not suggest you join this company....Read More

It is a great company to work for getting performance-based appraisal. There is not any kind of politics everything is just depends on your skills. Seniors are very supportive and understanding towards fresher they don't make you feel like that you can't. Everybody supports like a student.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair enough and they give good salary. Team leader is very supportive and helps thru out the working day.
