Likes

Non management of the company. Owners extra attitude towards workers. Less payments to workers than the Market rate or Minimum wages.

Dislikes

Partial treatment to every worker. Less than minimum wages to workers. Only 2 people are benefited in whole company having 17-18 workers. False ISO certificate. No shop act inspection. No TAX and GST audit implications. None of the workers are qualified to work as industrial worker.

Work Details

Very dirty experience. Besides all the regular and online work , I was always neglected at the time of increment. My last increment was Rs.500/- per month, that too after my regular follow-up for it for 2-3 months.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
