Likes

The company is open to adopt new technologies, willing the employees to attend in external trainings, tech shows and exhibitions.It also have a very good internal training center in which career enhancement can achieve.

Dislikes

Sometimes we have to work with complete responsibility in some quick decision making situations. Senior management peoples may not be available and the entire ownership of the outcome will rest on you.But I like to work on such situations.

Work Details

In altogether my work experience in Dynaplast is quite good. The company taking care its employees very well in all manner.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
