Very bad situation. Work and family cannot be balanced. Duty Hours Long 10/12 hrs. Very little leave. Only 12 leaves in a year. Apply only 4 leaves at a time. The work does not follow the IATF system. The machine does not operate as per production planning. Continue with the immediate workload. A 10 hour person in staff does 12 hours duty. And a 12 hour worker works 13/14 hours. So he gets very disappointed. And he doesn't even get a weekly holiday. Messages come anytime on WhatsApp application. There is no time for them. Due to this, a person comes under tension. It can be said that this company runs on WhatsApp. Continue call coming. Even you have on leave or weekly off ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
