PSP design has two verticals where a person is required to work across both domains which provides a good learning experience. Team mates are skillful and dedicated to work. The firm has reputed projects and clients which gives a person a good exposure to the industry. The firm also works with good vendors where attention is given to detailing of each aspect. Dislikes

Long stressful working hours where each project lead given many projects to take care of. No work life balance. Creativity is not encouraged in the firm and designing gets monotonous after a point. The system is very top down. The firm believes in hiring freshers which puts a dent on efficiency as team leads are required to train them given the workload they already have.

Work Details

I was project team lead interior division with PSP Design. I was managing four on going construction projects with a team of 2-3 people.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
