I was jobless for a while when I got an interview invitation with this company. After asking for basic details the HR kept asking me personal questions regarding my family planning. I gave the interview which was with the management. They again kept asking me about my family planning and directly asked me "when am I planning for thebaby". They asked this question multiple times which made me really uncomfortable during the interview. Out of curiosity I asked few ex employees about the same and they told me that they don't pay during maternity and will also terminate you if you plan by chance. Not sure how they are able to delete the actual negative reviews from other sites. Whosoever is reading this please connect with the ex employees of this company, they will give you a better idea on how they are operating. No ex employee will ever suggest you to join here. Bad management with poor skills. There is no job security and you will be terminated anytime. Think twice before joining.

Don't waste your precious time.

Dislikes

Everything to dislike. Bad office space, no space to even breathe. Employees sit on each others head. Really poor management. They can fire anyone anytime without a reason. Once you join, you have to prove yourself within 2 days, else you'll be fired. No extra benefits provided. Employees don't even have space to eat lunch. Washrooms are very very bad. They don't care about employees hygiene. Don't have policies in place, decisions depends on the founder's mood....Read More
