Bad work culture and fraud management, they embezzlement my one month's salary. Illiterate management haven't knowledge about IT industry, but the love to stalk there employees personal life. Most of the employees are leave the office during the cause of suffocating office ambiance and lack of job security, less amount of employees are left . Not a comfortable place for female employees. This company haven’t any ideology or ethics, but there have late salary issues. Prasenjit and his whole family are running this fraud organization in the name sake of using pvt ltd in company's suffix.

Dislikes

They will sign you infront of them in an annexure of 36 pages. Totally wrong and misconceptions are there. Do not sign it and join in this company. They will not give you salary. Prasenjit, his sister both fraudulent are working here and its their house in our local area. Local governance and police both take actions.

My team and manager are superb ,I get full ownership of my work and guidance as well. Company's permanent work from home does effect the quality of work and freedom to work from anywhere pan India is amazing .Learning is Great exposure is great and work life balance is amazing
