Good for internship, good learning experience,office reaching time is flexible

In the starting it was good learning experience as I was designing hardware , later company decided to do reverse engineering, no innovation ,just copying entire design, no recognition for new designs, unnecessary meeting at morning and evening time of what you have done whole day.Less salary unless you are main engineer.No public holidays ,no saturday off, sometime you have to work on sundays, during assembly work sometime for a half a month you have to work atleast 12 hour without any overtime income....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
