Nothing it's the worst company that works on a typical fraudulent model of exploitation, Greed, hire and fire practice. All their claims are lies they claim to have an international presence in London, Tokyo, and Singapore but let me tell you it's a lie they have just opened a small chamber with no one working there. Owner will sell all the offices to make himself richer

No one leaves on their own people are either forced to resign or terminated ruthlessly Greedy owner exploits people for short term goals once done he terminates the employee They provide half of salary for 2 months so that they can fire you before providing full salary Illegal recording of voices Deliberate targeting/charecter assasination of those employees whom they want to fire If you ask for emergergency leaves they'll hand over you termination letter All their success is built on untehuical practices Owner has 0 ethics and morals he is an expert in playing with emotions, future career of innocent employees. Excellent company, you get international experience too, i have seen people here grow in less than 3 months of joining. strict timings so i am very happy with work life balance if thats what you are looking for. company has very strict action policies regarding toxic & manipulative employees. Management very unbiased Lots of company trips in a year.
