Excellent company, you get international experience too, i have seen people here grow in less than 3 months of joining. strict timings so i am very happy with work life balance if thats what you are looking for. company has very strict action policies regarding toxic & manipulative employees. Management very unbiased Lots of company trips in a year.

There is nothing to like it's the worst company where the owner manipulates and exploits employees for their personal gains and luxury international trips

Hire and fire culture, you are either terminated or forced to resign no one leaves on his own will Exploitation at its peak they hire people for short-term goals once they fire you without any notice They even delete negative reviews which means they don't have the guts to accept their wrongdoings 24/7 Micromanagement: they have installed cameras everywhere including meeting rooms They target employees whom they want to fire one by one If they decide to fire you, they will insult, and humiliate your character and your work even if you are proving your best They provide half of your compensation for 2 months so that they can easily terminate you without giving you the full salary. Nothing, most worst company I ever seen. CEO, and his wife both have zero management skill and egotic in nature.
