I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dislikes

One area that could be improved is communication between departments. Sometimes, there is a lack of clarity regarding project expectations or timelines, which can cause some confusion. I believe that more streamlined communication could help enhance productivity.
