1. Learning Opportunities: The learning curve is great. There are plenty of ways to grow and improve your skills. They have a learning management system (LMS). 2. Work Culture: The work environment is a nice balance of being both collaborative and competitive in a good way. You get immediate feedback, which I liked because you have the chance to act on it right away. I was fortunate to have good mentor from the leadership team. 3. Promotion & Appraisals: Personally, I had a positive experience with promotion and appraisals. 4. Management: I really like the management team. 1. Transparency: Communication wasn't always clear. There were times when things could have been more transparent, especially with leadership and company decisions. 2. Processes & Structure: The processes in place were pretty basic and definitely need improvement. 3. Resource Constraints: We oftern had to deal with limited resources. I personally enjoyed taking on more than my fair share of work, but it wasn't something my peers always appreciated. 4. Leave Policy: The leave policy was a bit disappointing.
