i like initially there was no pressure of work and learning time to gain experience how things wrong in the company difference types of people working in different areas

Dislikes

unclear, unrealistic and sudden changes policies. stability of coworkers after some time is zero, like some new one is hired and then after some months he is laid off. salary growth and career growth after year is null.
