Professors academy Neyveli is a franchise of Professors academy Thrissur. Sponsor - Mr. Shàju kurian ( working in NLC). He had no idea about how to run an educational institute. This Academy was associated with 6 schools. But sufficient teachers were not appointed. So, schools and students were dissatisfied with the irregularities and discontinuities in the time table. He failed to allot teachers regularly to the schools. Due to this, schools denied the payment. Because of this, Mr. Shaju Kurian failed to give the salary to teachers on time. There was more than 2 months delay for the salary payment for many of the employees. He terminated many teachers during the public exam and cheated both students and teachers. He is a very cheap person with no ethics. The cook of this institute was engaged in making gossips about the faculties. Mr. Shaju Kurian even denied good food for the teachers.
