As this company works on different productivity improvement projects, the work-life balance depends on how well you adhere to the project timeline. First, you have to prove yourself for an appraisal, so getting an appraisal is really tough job here, initially, the salary is low compared to another consultancy in the same field.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
