For learning it is good if you can do job with less pay.

Dislikes

Work culture: Company full with odisha region resources around 80%. And they do 10% work 90% politics. They do less work but show more. HR department: Every month they change the policies. Policies depend on their need. They will deduct salary if you forgot to put attendance without any intimation. But if need any extra allowance they you have to call, whatsapp and mail them many time. If you'll ask for appraisal they will provide you less after long time and also will ask you to sign the bond to not leave the company with the one our two years....Read More

No likes at all. The top management is not worth it.

1. Unprofessional behaviour of the CEO, COO and Chief growth officer. 2. No clear vision of growth and the starategy to achieve. 3. A typical LALA culture. 4. Do not pay to the employee as per the committments. 5. No growth plan for the individuals. 6. Fake promises to the customers.
