Work culture: Company full with odisha region resources around 80%. And they do 10% work 90% politics. They do less work but show more. HR department: Every month they change the policies. Policies depend on their need. They will deduct salary if you forgot to put attendance without any intimation. But if need any extra allowance they you have to call, whatsapp and mail them many time.
