Prodapt Solution is one of the top most job sucurity company and moderate work life culture. Management supports much for the employee with their limits.

Dislikes

Emp growth is not so flexible and easy but okay. Management have to provide the compensation as little bit unique since Prodapt following OneProdapt systems. We have HR connectivity but not active and easy way to reach them directly.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
