From the HR team to management team everyone doing politics. If the employee complaint about certain things they will fire and spread the information with everyone. The don't value the senior employee. You don't get respect from anyone. They celebrate the wasteless people. If you want stay in this company you need to learn how to dofraudulent. Especially the frontier project is very worst every men TL and managers are flirting with women. Even though women or men the people with higher position not to know how to treat people. They treat low and makes you feel low. Please don't join here and spoil your mental health and career. They hire within three months they fire if they don't like you.
