The CEO, President and the HR are good. They are open. But there is a thick layer below them which will make people unhappy.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Hierarchy. Below the president is a thick layer of senior management who are egoistic and expect you to just say yes to whatever they do. In terms of building a career, there is no guidance/plan. So if you are expecting to just work for 2 to 3 years for name sake, this is a good place.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
