Product are really very good of this company which help to give the confidence of representing to the doctor and policy are very good and the culture is also good

Dislikes

There is no work life balance apart from sales they give so much administrative work to do and they give you unnecessary work and have to travel a lot. There is no career growth in this field and very poor salary

If you’re on direct payroll then the organisation is great. They organise a lot of growth programs. Culture is great. But again, you will only get these benefits IF you’re on direct payroll

If on 3rd party payroll, then the growth is stagnant. Repetitive operations work. You get to work on the scraps. Little to no exposure to anything.
