Nothing, there is no work culture, Founder is uneducated they don't even know how to talk. Haven't received my salary from past few months and now they are making excuses. They don't have money to pay salaries but still they are hiring employees and asking them to leave in the name of unsatisfactory work after 1 month so that they don't need to pay salary after this excuse. Founder Sachin Gupta, Ankit Rastogi and HR Jaya are big time fraud. Most of the people have left the company because of this sad culture and financial crisis. Would suggest people do not join here at any cost guys, you will ruin your career....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
