Although I am no more working with Printmaster Co. Yet I would say it is Good company to work with for local Thai as well as expats .For expats I would advise, if you learn /know thai language it will be advantage. For any expat Acceptance by Thai subordinates and other colleagues will take time and should not loose patience. They observe. Be sharing and helping to your staff and other dept . Be clear in instructions.Keep record of your work. Be humble to accept your mistake or mistake of your subordinates and inform your senior, before he is informed from other sources. Accept your subordinates mistake as your mistake aand change system/SOP if needed People are good and helping at all levels. Just one factor that bothered me was "slow actions " but it is understandable...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Owner is good and I learn most of good knowledge from my carrier. Main Good think is that your salary on Time to Time.
