Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

Absolutely refreshing experience everyday, complete with new projects, amicable and cordial team, plethora of avenues to explore, appraisals as per your competence and overall a very warm and welcoming work atmosphere. However, usually life takes a back seat because of the constant hustle-bustle at work.

Dislikes

Absolutely nothing. I had the best experience of my life working with them. However, a bit of heads-up for the aspiring candidates. You'll only rise if you have the zeal to work despite long hours.

Two words for work at Prinday: Exciting and Refreshing... I may have started as a PR officer but I got to explore fields like organization and management, business and presentations, production and quality maintenance.
