They are small company but want to run like corporate & with their experience they made good rules, regulations & employee benefits policies like pf & incentives

Dislikes

They are very sensitive & always mistrust their employees & due to their egostic behaviour working atmosphere not remains normal. They also compete with employees in working & customer dealing. They hide their own mistake & lack of experience & same impose to employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
