The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products and has a global clients base. As a resul, i get to travel jharkhand,especially to the mumbai. But out of jharkhand site travel completely dependent on his project and compeny location. Mine is a mumbai base diling brands, they have some some offices in ranchi, another plus point is that my colleagues come from verious cultural backgrounds, and we work happily, i also like the employee re-hire policy hear....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
