Only good thing was that you could get to learn a lot of other skills and responsibilities.

Dislikes

There is lot of work pressure from senior management.No employee friendly work culture.We have to manage our work on our own without any support from company.Company believes in hire and fire policy so no job security.No relevant HR policies and salary structure.No PF.

Work Details

We needed to be multi skilled to sustain in this company so learnt a lot of other skills.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
