The worst company was ever worked, with no work-life balance, very late salary, and no promotions..... The worst thing is if the project is over without intimation and without any compensation they will remove the whole team.

They provided a very good package. Management and TLs are very friendly. On time salaries. Rewards and recognition for employees. Cab and caffeteria facilities. Insurance and PF benefits.

Only diskile is timing. We have to work even after our shift timings to complete our targets

HR's don't know difference between Doctrate degree and B.sc. I implore life science graduate please don't join here. This company would spoil your entire career. There is no work life balance you'll have to work atleast 10-12 hrs minimum. The system they are using are 17-19 years old so in every aspect they're far behind the industry standards. Office full of politics no recognition for diligent workers.Promotion and appraisal is truly based how you poke with manager and TL. Don't fall for Great place to work certificate they used to fill by themselves it isn't good place to work for sure. You might think this review is due to hatred but once you get into it you will get to know all about this. They don't even know about basic corporate etiquettes. There is no scope for skill development. Only the Managers are good.Raghav /Sushil /Chandra were the best guys who were good and used to listen to us.

One man YVS, because of his politics no one had proper growth. The Managers who were in support of Employees were shown the exit door.

I was with their KPO. There were a lot. First and foremost is strong favoritism. The top two of KPO want servile, boot-licking sycophants. If you play jalra for these two, you will come up even if you're inefficient. You have to run errands for them. If you do this correctly, you will be promoted to the position of TL. I had seen many during my stint here. However, if you stick to your work and leave for the day after the job is done, you will remain in the same position. No cab facility for KPO, only for software and call center employees because they will only be seen as humans. KPO employees are menial to them. They don't seem to have work culture. Whatever the heads perceive will be the work specification. TLs here are postmen. They have no say. At meetings, they have to close all the holes in their bodies. 5% is what you get as hike per year. Alright, good for IT people, HR and Marketing. Manager is ok, but too annoying and doesn't have any timings to work. Expects us to work 24/7. Nobody follows office timings but expects other to follow.

Finance people are called "Shared service" Lol, they don't value this team although finance department is very crucial for the company. Salaries are peanuts for finance people. No proper delegation, there must be one proper head to address... Team members should not act as if a manager. Lot of favouritism shown among a set of collegues they disguise and try to plot you out. They don't even know proper basic english, this company must screen candidates before technicals to assess the english of the candidates....Read More

1. Worst set of colleagues and head of team 2. Corporate culture portrayed to be a negative aspect in this department.. especially due to two heads (ex-AVP and Finance Manager)
