Senior Content Writer

As a Senior Content Writer you will:

• Develop and review content for blogs, websites, ad campaigns, pre-sales, and marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, flyers).
• Create internal and external communication materials, such as case studies, white papers, and press releases.
• Manage content for social media to enhance brand presence under guidance.
• Collaborate with senior management on digital marketing strategies.
• Work with delivery and sales teams to represent key solutions on digital platforms like websites and social media.
• Contribute to organic brand-building activities when needed.
• Research and understand Salesforce products and current industry trends.
• Identify key topics being discussed within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Incorporate review feedback into content and provide regular status updates to the Reporting Authority.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance workflows.
• Comply with information security policies and report any issues.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in content writing or a related role.
• Proficiency in writing both short-form and long-form content.
• Ability to distinguish between B2B and B2C audiences and tailor content accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Expert-level knowledge of English grammar, usage, and nuances.
• Affinity for technology and the ability to work with technical subjects.
