There isn't much I can say I like about working here. The work environment could be better, and there's limited growth.

The management is unorganized, and there’s a lack of communication within teams. The work can feel monotonous, and there's no clear path for career advancement

The company lacks job security. Some older employees have been there for a long time and often engage in office politics. If someone doesn't fit in with them, they're quickly sent out them. Recently, many employees were laid off due to a lack of projects and the company's financial struggles.

Only the Managers are good.Raghav /Sushil /Chandra were the best guys who were good and used to listen to us.

Dislikes

One man YVS, because of his politics no one had proper growth. The Managers who were in support of Employees were shown the exit door.

1. Robust IT team.. who support during anytime and from anywhere. 2. A place to learn the speed of working 3. A friendly top management (CFO) who addresses the issues spontaneously and guides and show pathu to success..

1. Worst set of colleagues and head of team 2. Corporate culture portrayed to be a negative aspect in this department.. especially due to two heads (ex-AVP and Finance Manager)

PreludeSys offers an excellent work environment. My reporting manager brings forth a culture of purpose and passion. I'm fortunate to have such a supportive manager and open-minded CMO - who are always receptive to new ideas and initiatives. The challenging nature of work keeps me motivated and eager to learn more.
