the best thing about impelsys it gives you opportunity to expand your knoledge and the projects that you work on can never bore you, as its challenging and you get chance to learn. Some team members help you and guide you. We would have proper work life balance if it was planned properly. there have been days where we go from 9 am-11 pm.

Dislikes

the worst thing of this place is lack of appreciation.lack of planning. Slog for years and get peanuts for appraisal. This is something that the company needs to work on. If this is sorted then its a great place to work.

There is nothing to like about that organization, there is no respect for each other...people use power and authority...senior directors and delivery managers are not honest. Dirty people very unprofessional

At the end of the day, we all work for money. Unfortunately, there’s no proper salary hike here. If you’re planning to join, make sure to negotiate for a high package upfront. Don’t expect significant hikes or promotions later. Growth opportunities are mostly reserved for those who are close to the managers

1) CEO has a great vision and mission towards the company. 2) Flexible Timing 3) They are in sync with new technologies.

Dislikes

1) Management is not good. 2) No Benefits 3) No joining Bonus nor proper Appraisal 4) Delay in Appraisal even after done with all the review cycle. 5) You won't be getting right support from management or higher managers. 6) Bias in providing the appraisal and few people are controlling entire thing. (Fair Appraisal not there.) 7) Salary less than current market. 8) Job Security is not there.
