It was quite good earlier when it was autonomous i.e when it was Apisero, but after the acquisition from NTT it became worst. Company culture degraded. Promotion and Hikes were degraded. Everything tumbled down.

Dislikes

They will pressurise if u r new. Will keep you in support project even though if u r developer and when ask for relieve they will not listen.

No micromanagement,quick solution on queries. Client interaction are engaged even with the freshers which gives confident towards certain knowledge. Flexible hours.

Dislikes

Since its permanent wfh, exposure towards self development skills like communication, behaviour lacks. But we can go to ntt office, it may works

Hierarchical structure is good. One can reach out to anyone for difficulties in their work. Still people respect each other’s privacy.

Post acquisition by NTT DATA . All the policies have been changed and employees benefits and satisfaction are the least of their worries.
