This is manager driven organization where HR are puppets. They dont have any role to play other than nodding their head to the mangers .No work life balance. Worst managerial behavior towards people working below them. They target person to an extent where employee will start doubting there skill set and self confidence. Micromanagement to another level where it becomes suffocating for an employee . Everything is prorated(salary hike,bonus) in case if someone goes on maternity/LOP leave. Managers are worst and It’s a trap that you have to work 5-6 hour/day instead they will make you to work in double shift in the night too(with USA folks). Initial 2 months they won’t say anything but after 2-3 month, real things will start And then they will start pressurising and will make you to work in double shifts ultimately. One more main reason is, They use legacy tech stacks completely. Its 3 days/week job with No extra or exchangeable WFH relaxation irrespective of any emergency family situation. Amazing work life balance. No micro-management. Would reccomend to anyone who's looking for settling down for long term in a company.
