There are too many mangers, there are managers who manages the manager. Because of this there is lot of micro management and with everyone involved in their own politics. People are in this company are there from 7-8 year and are planning to retire from here in next 5-10 year. They have quietly quit in their career and just passing time. So becomes very tough for someone at entry level or senior developer level to grow as people in top of their are hesitant to take action or any step for betterment of process or team. This is manager driven organization where HR are puppets. They dont have any role to play other than nodding their head to the mangers .No work life balance. Worst managerial behavior towards people working below them. They target person to an extent where employee will start doubting there skill set and self confidence.
