Nothing good at this company. They can fire anyone at any point of time. Don't join. They will say fruitful of things to get you in. And later on fire you. So be careful.

Dislikes

They hired like 150 students from universities including IITs, NITs. And after delaying the onboarding for about 7 months, they fired us. Due to this, we missed our on-campus placements opportunities. They really cooked us. Don't join. Don't have any hopes from here. Else you will get disappointed at last. They can terminate you at any point of time stating financial position of the company.

They will be always looking companies portfolio growth. They won't care about their employees. Every year they will do acquire the company and doing layoffs.

Dislikes

They have layoffs 3% of the workforce around the global in the month of April 2024. It was happened due to restructuring of the organisation. It's keep on acquisition of new companies and every year they're restructuring and doing layoff. Théy won't even give any prior information to employees about the layoff. Cost cutting is more. They're not even giving the internet expense bills.
