The company does have the documentation about the processes, but those are not getting followed progressively, and no one is accountable for following them. The work culture is downright messy. The leadership always say they are open to feedback, but I haven't seen that feedback accommodated. I think that feedback is being taken forJust like that. The coffee machine is there, but you are restricted to having coffee twice daily. There is a long process even to get a pen or a notepad. The time spent in the office matters more than producing quality work.

The leadership doesn't respect the employee's personal life. I have got calls at 8 in the morning to 12 at night.

For Team outings, employees contribute from their pockets and spend extra long hours to deliver the work. Health Insurance is part of your CTC, so you are indirectly paying for your Insurance. I don't see any perks. Even in Cafeteria, you could take coffee twice a day. If you need a further cup, you need approval.
