Credera - Senior Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript (7-9 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and performant frontend applications.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate designs and requirements into clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

A strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive design principles, and frontend testing is essential.

Responsibilities :

Development :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and testable code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g , React, Angular, Vue.js) and related technologies.

Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

UI/UX Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect and responsive web interfaces.

Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend applications for performance, including page load speed, rendering, and resource utilization.

Testing: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Code Review: Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and proactively explore new approaches and solutions.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex frontend issues, including cross-browser compatibility, performance bottlenecks, and accessibility concerns.

Accessibility: Ensure that all developed applications are accessible to users with disabilities, adhering to accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

- 7-9 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns and best practices.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g , Redux, Vuex).

- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g , Jest, Cypress, Mocha).

- Familiarity with build tools (e.g , Webpack, Parcel).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g , Git).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques.

- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) is a plus.

- Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus
