Junior Operations Support

This role is crucial and involves being a main point of contact for internal teams. The responsibilities include gathering the team's needs, understanding their goals and strategies, and creating a project plan for events that align with these requirements. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations by providing essential support across various tasks and processes.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Cooperate with the Operations team to identify improvement opportunities across the diverse business units systems and support the implementation of new procedures.
• Work as part of a team to achieve client goals and objectives for the company.
• Work in line with company operating standards.
• Manage a scaling business process, including the communication and implementation of efficiencies around operational changes.
• Facilitate effective communication within the business operations team and collaborate with other departments.
• Provide assistance in using and troubleshooting tools and technologies relevant to business operations.

• Advance knowledge of Excel/ Pivot tables, Word and PowerPoint
