Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle non-voice support for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills and experience in drafting formal and organised emails. This role involves collaborating closely with our legal and customer relations teams to address customer queries, issues, and concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality non-voice support by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and concerns through email and other written communication channels.

- Collaborate with the legal and customer relations teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure compliance.

- Draft and send formal, well-organised emails to customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to appropriate departments when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, ensuring all issues are tracked and managed effectively.

- Suggest improvements to current processes and procedures based on customer feedback and observations.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a non-voice customer support role.

- Education: Graduation in any field.

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

- Proficiency in drafting organised and formal emails.

- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
