Most of the employees are relatives of senior staff members, which is acceptable, but what about those who cracked their interview on their own without any support? The management doesn't listen to their voices and during appraisal they neither receive hike nor appreciation. There's a lot of workplace politics with opportunities being passed on to known connections.
