Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on enhancing employees' interpersonal, communication, and professional skills. You will work closely with various departments to assess training needs, design content, and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.

Role & responsibilities

• Training associates on an integrated module (English Grammar, Spoken English, Written (Emails, Chats etc), Customer Interactions,Time Management, Assertive Communication, Thinking, Problem Solving, Feedback, Corporate Etiquette + Work readiness all modules).
  
• ID and Awareness of various learning Tools & Models.
  
• Slides, Session plans, Exercises, Case studies, Role plays, Action Learning Assignments, Habit Trackers etc for all modules
  
• Monthly Publishing Training plan / calendar for the Org.
  
• Networking with guest lecturers / industry experts.
  
• Coaching and Mentoring associates post training.
  
• Graduate / post graduate with 4-6 years of experience in training IT Folks.
  
• Training / Facilitation skills.
  
• Excellent competencies in English and Communication Written and Oral
  
• Networking skills + Consulting Skills.
