Roles & Responsibilities:
Should effectively deliver CRT with right and appropriate techniques to facilitate scholars for learning effectively and proof of such learning could be assessed and be made visible.
Should be able to work in a team by aligning with the teams goals, while playing a significant role by sharing responsibilities in achieving the expected outcomes.
Should conceive and create content as and when required in order to enhance the understanding and learning of the scholars.
Should be compassionate, connected and be able to lead the scholars in preparing them for effective communication in their future job roles
Should be willing to travel between locations whenever needed.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate/ Post- Graduate in any discipline
Min 3 -5 yrs experience in teaching English Communication
Fluent in English Communication.
Candidates from English Language Training, IELTS, TESOL/TOEFL background are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to articulate thoughts & Ideas lucidly in English.
Excellent Teaching and Facilitating skills.
Emotional Skills.
Leadership skills
Team Player
Time Management and ability to multitask.
Proficient in delivering Experiential learning.
MS office

Ability to Communicate clearly, coherently and confidently and with respect.
Enthusiastic, Hardworking, well-disciplined; Energetic & willing to stretch limits as per exigencies that could arise from time to time.
