Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track the effectiveness of the training programs.
Collaborate with the career services team to align the soft skills training with the institutions placement and employability goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills development to continuously improve the training curriculum.
Who are we looking for
Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or a background in career counseling, coaching, or corporate training.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
